Problem:
After having installed 4 Corsair 512MB modules on my MSI K8T Neo2 motherboard, the motherboard just didn't want to boot anymore. I got a blank screen.
Also when using slots 1 and 3 (as described in the manual) the mainboard refused to boot. When using slots 1 and 2, though, everything worked fine.
Solution:
Upgrade your BIOS to the current version (9.2). After flashing my BIOS, my memory was running in dual channel mode while having 4 RAM modules installed (although the manual claims using all slots would result in single-channel mode).
